Poland is a very beautiful country and 9th largest
country of Europe, attracting many people for permanent and temporary
migration. The capital of Poland, Warsaw has the culture, the energy and the
action giving a feeling that you have landed in Beijing making a perfect destination
to reside.
The maximum period allowed for temporary migration is 2 years. Any
person who is a foreigner can only be allowed to settle if he is being married
to a polish citizen for at least 3 years and who has stayed uninterruptedly for
at least a period of 2 years on the territory of the Republic of Poland based
on the residence permit for a fixed period.
Once Poland Temporary Residence Card is
received, you will able to live, work and do business in Poland and can even
travel through Schengen area.

Immigration to Poland can also be obtained by
registering a new company or by buying an already established company in Poland
for a period of 1 year. Once a migration application has been received by the
migration department of Poland the decision is being made only after 45 days
has been passed.

A person can apply the temporary permit at
the nearest Polish embassy without going to Poland to apply in the Polish
Migration Department.

A company’s shareholder who already has a
TRP, his/her wife or husband and children can automatically apply for the
temporary residence permit and provide the photographs, copy of passport and
birth certificate and also declare that there are enough money in order to reside
in Poland.

A minor child of a foreigner who has been born
in territory of Poland has a permit to settle.

In case if married to polish citizen than a
current copy of marriage certificate, a photocopy of personal identity card of
the spouse and in case of joint children-copies of birth certificates is also
required.
The Documents which are required are 4 copies of the application
for the permit, 4 up-to-date, colour photographs, dimensions : 4.5cm x 3.5cm, 3
photocopies of valid travel documents, certificate regarding that all tax
liabilities towards state treasury has been fulfilled and documents confirming
the uninterrupted stay in Poland. The additional documents required are a
documents confirming stable and regular source of income that is sufficient to
cover the cost of the applicant and his family members, a document the amount
of costs of residence and a document confirming that heath insurance has been
taken up.
A person who has been residing in Poland for a minimum of 5 years
and having a stable and regular income as well as covered with by health
insurance can be issued an EC-long term residence permit.
The residence permit cannot be obtained by the person who is
staying in Poland in order to study or receive vocational training or a person
who applies for refuse status or for asylum or is staying illegally on the
territory of Poland or a person who has
detained and is in arrest for the purpose deportation.
